Coaching Includes:
✅A new science based customized program every 4 weeks to help you push past plateaus, hit PRs in your squat, deadlift, bench and get more chin ups. You’ll actually look like someone who lifts, gain visible muscle in your legs, back, arms and grow your glutes.
✅Weekly 1:1 form feedback: to prevent injuries and improve your technique.
✅Video demos: of each movement through my easy to use app.
✅Nutrition Coaching: specific guidance on what you should be eating to make sure you are getting the most out of your performance in the gym. On-going check ins to make sure you are feeling confident and knowledgeable in your nutrition choices.
✅Weight instructions: I will guide you on exactly what weights you should be lifting on your big lifts each week, when and how to pull back. You will strategically progress from a deload week up to a peak week. You will see how to calculate the exact % of weight you should be lifting each week.
✅Bi-weekly video coaching calls: we will have a 30min video call once a month where I'll do a deep dive on everything that has an impact on your progress like sleep, stress levels, limiting beliefs, nutrition, cardio etc.

Yes, once we get on our first check in call, we will discuss your current nutrition struggles and from there I will decide if we do macros, calorie counting or intuitive eating habits. Throughout the 3 months I will give you specific guidance on what you should be eating to hit your goals and checking in on our calls to make sure you are eating the right amount the fuel your lifts. While maintaining a balanced and fulfilled lifestyle.

Your program will be 100% customized so how many days will depend on how many your schedule allows.

Yes there will be 30minute bi-weekly video coaching call so you'll know exactly what you should be doing. There is also access to me outside of this through my personal number. So much accountability and support.

The most common reasons women fail at programs are inconsistcey, which is why there is so much accountability in this program, from coaching calls, to form checks to the community of support from all the other women in the group chat, it’s almost impossible for you to fail at this. I have designed the program so it’s realistic for you to do, there are 3 or 4 day options to work for your schedule!
