Doors close September 28. No late starts. We all begin together.
You’re already putting in the work, but you still don’t look like someone who lifts…
You already know what to do. Lift more. Eat more protein. Be consistent. You’ve saved the workouts, watched the YouTube videos, and tried all the programs.
So why don’t you have more to show for it? Maybe you’ve built some muscle, but there’s still a layer of fat hiding it.
You see yourself in photos and don’t hate what you see… but you know your results should reflect the effort you’re putting in. And when you stop seeing progress, you stop feeling motivated. So you fall off. Start over. Try again.
Over and over and over.
What if you didn't need more information? What if you just needed the right plan?
The problem isn’t lack of information..
It's not that you’re not putting in the work and if anything, you’re overwhelmed with information. Eat more protein, lift more, you’ve known this for years.
The real problem is you didn’t have someone watching to see how your body was responding. Your body is not broken, your strategy is.

This 21 day challenge is for you if…
You go to the gym 3+x per week for more than 1 year now but you still don’t look like someone who lifts, sometimes people even think you just do pilates.
You keep thinking you just need to do more days in the gym to see more progress, then you do it and you actually just feel bloated, more tired, see even less visible muscle.
You don’t like what you see in the mirror and that tight dress still hasn’t made it out to date night because you pick yourself apart every time you try to wear it.
At times you’ve been scared to go up in weight, worried you may fail the lift or hurt yourself. But you know you can probably go heavier!
Your disappointment in your progress keeps you from staying motivated.
Why this works:
✓ Know it’s working
Clear benchmarks. Real progress. No more guessing.
✓ Support when you need it

✓ Fuel, don’t restrict
Nutrition that supports your training, recovery, and real life. No more cutting, bulking or reverse dieting.
✓ Proven programming
The same scientific training principles that power body recomposition and strength.
✓ Always know your next step
Your momentum call is a call about what is the next best step for you. No pressure.
How do I know this will actually work for me?
You won’t have to guess. You’ll measure your progress from day one to the end and see the proof for yourself.
“I’ve tried things like this before and they didn’t stick.”
That’s because having a plan isn’t enough. You need support, accountability, and a plan that adapts when life gets in the way.
“Can’t I just get this from an app or ChatGPT?”
They can give you information. They can’t coach you. Your training, your progress, your body, your roadblocks, that’s where a real coach makes the difference.
Hi, I’m Sarah!
Since becoming a Certified Personal Trainer over a decade ago I’ve made it my mission to help women get stronger in the gym and actually look like someone who lifts.
I know what it’s like to be busy and feel like you don’t have hours to spend in the gym. But you still want the results. Something I’ve learned the hard way, is that you can actually get more progress in the gym while doing less, you just have to do it smartly.
Over the last 7+ years I’ve trained and coached at the Glute Lab in San Diego, competed in 4 Powerlifting and 6 StrongLifting competitions. I’ve been fortunate enough to be mentored by ‘The Glute Guy’ Bret Contreras who has a PHD in glute science.
And over this time of implementating what I’ve learned, my physique and strength has gone to a whole next level. Not only has this increased my excitement for events that involve walking around festivals, social events, beaches wearing any cute outfit I desire, it’s helped my squat and deadlift strength too and decreased my low back pain.
Stronger in 21 is a combination of what I’ve leaned from Bret over the last 7 years and my experience in coaching 1000s of women in the last decade.
I am so excited to share this program with you and have you the most consistent you’ve ever been!

You will need to have access to a barbell, a squat rack, a bench, some long bands and dumbbells at minimum.

If you show up to each call, do each day of your program and still feel like you didn’t gain any knowledge or strength then I’m more than happy to refund you. Because I’m confident you won’t need to.
